OUR PROCESS

The Initial Meeting

Before we can begin building your dream home, the first step is meeting to go over all the factors of your new home or remodel. This meeting will give us insights into what you are hoping to achieve with this new construction or remodel. Setting a budget will also be done in this preliminary meeting. You and a Neux Creations Homes Consultant will view our current inventory of homes and available lots.  A contract and deposit are all you need to initiate the process of owning your Neux Creations Home. 

Design

In the next step, the specifics of your new construction or remodel will be discussed. At this time selections of custom aspects can be decided upon such as fixtures, appliances or wall colors. Once the custom aspects are chosen, you will need to sign a few documents, and construction can begin.

Construction

The length construction lasts varies by project. Weather, the size of the project and customizations are all factors in determining the time construction will take. On average, six months is the longest most projects take. Our Neux Creations Homes Consultant Team will be available to answer any questions you may have during this period.

Inspections and Walk-Through

During the construction process, several inspectors will stop by to make sure the entire project is up to code. At Neux Creations Homes, we take care of the permitting and licensing process for you. When your home or remodel is complete a final inspection will take place with the city inspector. This final inspection will be for the certificate of occupancy if you are building a new home. After the certificate is issued, an appraisal will be completed and final closing date will be scheduled!

Closing and Funding

We are getting close to having you move into your Neux Creations Home! Now the financial side of things will start to wrap up. Your mortgage company will complete the process of closing on your new home and eventually issue a closing statement. At this time the financial side of the process will be completed and you may begin paying on your new mortgage.

Customer Move-In / Customer Service

Congratulations!! You are now ready to move into your Neux Creations Home! Our staff will be available to assist you with any warranty issues that may arise after you take ownership.
